Text message program

Maverick Lawn & Landscaping sends text messages about your service requests, appointments, service updates and requests to review our work. Messages go to the mobile phone number you give us.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our website, or by agreeing to receive texts when you book service with us, verbally or in writing. You do not have to opt in to request a quote or buy anything from us.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your request and the work we do for you.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any text message to cancel. You will get one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive any more texts from us unless you opt in again.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

Agreeing to receive text messages is not required to buy goods or services from Maverick Lawn & Landscaping.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
