This Privacy Policy explains how Maverick Lawn & Landscaping ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit https://maverickll.com or contact us through it.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this website (for example to request a quote), we collect what you enter: LinkedIn, Name, Phone, Email, Property Address, Project Type, Project Details, Comments, URL, X/Twitter, Company, Comment and Website. Our holiday lighting quote form also asks for your service address, the type of lighting you’re interested in, an approximate budget, your preferred installation timeframe and any notes, and lets you attach a photo of the front of your property. Our Christmas light installation quote form asks for the same contact details and, optionally, the areas and light colors you want, the size of your home, your budget, your preferred installation timeframe and notes, and also lets you attach a photo. We use that photo only to prepare your quote. You choose what to send us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We also use the analytics and advertising tools listed below, which use cookies or similar technologies to collect information about your visit.

Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your phone number and agree to receive text messages, Maverick Lawn & Landscaping may text you about your request, appointments, service updates and review requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of purchase. We won't send marketing text messages unless you agree to them. See our SMS Terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that send our text messages for us.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies' own marketing. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business and this website, such as our website host, our website and marketing provider (which delivers form submissions to us by email), and the analytics and advertising providers named above.
